Little House accommodates 6 people.

Weekly Rates :
May, September and October - $600.00 per week
June - August - $700.00 per week
Additional guests - $100.00 per person per week.

A $250.00 deposit, cash or money order, is required one month prior to arrival and your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Remainder of rental fee is required upon arrival - cash or money order.

Check In:
Saturday 2:00 p.m.. This may be earlier - call to verify.

Check Out:
Saturday 11:00 a.m.. Please make sure that you pay attention to this time, as we require these hours to clean and prepare for our next guests.

Provided:
Barbeque, microwave, dishes, cutlery.
Coffeemaker, kettle, pots and pans.
Drinking water with cooler (18.9 L/week).
Toilet paper.
Fans, TV (no cable or satellite!), VCR.
Bedding - Comforters, pillows.

Not Provided:
Bed linens and towels.
These items are available at an extra cost - please inquire.

Please Remember: This home is on a well and water conservation is a necessity. We are in the country and have a septic system. Please do not flush anything but single ply toilet paper.
